On each box, define the other range:

Box A:

exten => _9XX,1,Dial(IAX2/BoxB/${EXTEN})

Box B:

exten => _8XX,1,Dial(IAX2/BoxA/${EXTEN})

Note that I wrote this from memory so its probably not syntactically  
correct. I hope you get the gist though. :)
