You forgot 5 digit local numbering ;-)

A town near me has 5-digit local numbers, my town has 6 digit local
numbers and we both have the same 5-digit "STD" prefix (01364)

I'm sure it'll all get sorted out one day - probably the day after they
solve the problem of running out of London numbers once and for all...
