I need something like Call Manager.
I need to know how many agents is logged in, how many calls are on queues,
transfer calls, hang up calls, reports and so on.
Everything related to a Call Center operation.
 
I have been looking for and I did not find anything.

CTI is a pretty broad term, what exactly do you need to do?

Do you need to connect with another system?

What features do you need?
