I wanted to post this to everyone in case someone else ran into this
problem!
Firmware 6.5.1 (Current stable release)
Asterisk 1.2.13
Call Completion: Off
Peer to Perr call completion: On (canreinvite=no is set in sip.conf for
each friend)
Call join on Xfer (2 calls): Off
Those settings seem to do the trick, I tested on Snom 320s with no
errors at all,
Im going to test on the 360s later today, but in theory its the same!
Attended Transfer: Receive a call, place that call on hold via the hold
button , then dial/press the extension you would like to consult with,
if you want to transfer the call, hit the "Xfer" key in the upper left
hand corner of the phone, it will say "Xfer" on the phones display,
announce Caller A to Caller B, then hang up the phone. If you hit the
transfer key it will bridge the calls on HOLD together, do not use the
transfer key!!!
Transfer: Receive a call, then hit "Transfer" button then either
dial/press the extension you want to transfer the call to, if using a
extension number, press the checkmark after you have entered the extension
number. The transfer has been completed and you can hang up the phone. If
you have multiple calls on hold, take the call OFF hold, and then hit
transfer and that call will be transferred
If multiple calls are on hold, you can cycle thru which call you want to
take off hold by pressing the big silver center key, or using the line
keys on the right hand side of the phone.
Thanks again for all the help!!
