It appears that all was built well. Let's just look at the error itself:
> /usr/bin/install -c -D -m 644 zaptel.h /usr/include/zaptel/zaptel.h
This one worked.
> /usr/bin/install -c -D -m 644 tonezone.h /usr/include/zaptel/tonezone.h
But this one didn't:
> /usr/bin/install: cannot create regular file `/usr/include/zaptel/tonezone.h': No such file or directory
What is the output of 'ls -la tonezone.h /usr/include/zaptel/'
What happens if you re-run:
/usr/bin/install -c -D -m 644 tonezone.h /usr/include/zaptel/tonezone.h
/usr/bin/install is the standard install from coreutils, right? Nothing
special that you have installed.
