Disable WDS but set all the AP to the same channel and same SSID and then
make sure they are connected to the same LAN (IE: no NAT on the AP). Are you
using encryption?

Something like:

Try RxLevel -60
PreRoaming Enable RxLevel -75
Try over TxErrcnt 15
Try Over RxError Count 10

Play with the PreRoaming mode, see if it does help? It should however you
could notice a drop in battery life.

Would be a good place to start with your settings, adjust from there.  I
would like to hear your results with these phones, is everything working
great besides the roaming?
