[asterisk-users] Echo Issues

I don't understand how fxotune can do anything useless on a PRI.
Isn't the purpose of fxotune to balance the hybrid circuits?  A PRI is
purely digital.. there should be 0 echo on a PRI line, as it is
digital.   What is it that fxotune is going to do?
