[asterisk-users] regexten & regcontext broken for SIP?

I am using it on 4 boxes all pretty recent SVN versions of 1.2. I seem to
recall that the after adding the setting and then reloading the context did
not populate, it was only after I restarted the service and the phone
registered. I was kind of rushing the process so that may be why I noted
that.
