And some more:

Compiling with 2.6.8 is just for testing. The production system uses
2.4.27-2. On this system, I got other errors:

gcc -D__KERNEL__ -I/usr/src/kernel-headers-2.4.27-2-386/include -Wall
-Wstrict-prototypes -Wno-trigraphs -Os -fno-strict-aliasing -fno-common
-fomit-frame-pointer -pipe -mpreferred-stack-boundary=2 -march=i386
-DMODULE -DMODVERSIONS -include
/usr/src/kernel-headers-2.4.27-2-386/include/linux/modversions.h
-nostdinc -iwithprefix include -DKBUILD_BASENAME=capimain -c -o
capimain.o capimain.c
capimain.c:54:44: ../drivers/isdn/avmb1/capiutil.h: No such file or
directory
capimain.c:55:43: ../drivers/isdn/avmb1/capilli.h: No such file or directory
capimain.c:133: warning: `struct capi_driver' declared inside parameter list
capimain.c:133: warning: its scope is only this definition or
declaration, which is probably not what you want
capimain.c:177: error: variable `divas_driver' has initializer but
incomplete type
capimain.c:178: error: unknown field `reset_ctr' specified in initializer
