Zach,

FreePBX is an interface for configuring Asterisk. Asterisk at Home is a
"distribution" of Asterisk. It includes CentOS and Asterisk with a whole
bunch of extras pre-configured for you to use. In fact, the latest version
of Asterisk at Home, 2.8, contains FreePBX as it's managment interface.
