As far as I know the versions of the contents of this package I say yes.

Yes, but we still have this package stated 'beta' (version 3.0.c) because we 
did not test some 2.6 kernels we want to check and the installation scripts 
might need enhancements.
The current status according to our tests is:
- 2.4 drivers and firmware ready for production
- 2.6 drivers not fully tested yet and might not compatible with certain
  2.6 kernel versions. Also, latest chan-capi does not accept RTP codecs, 
  but this might be a chan-capi problem... we will check that.
