[Asterisk-Users] Transferring a call with IAX

One more troubleshooting step so I see what's going on... add a priority 
just under the Dial statement that NoOp's ${DIALSTATUS}.

If it's not setting it to answer, then you may have to add an extension 
that handles a different DIALSTATUS than ANSWER to cover good calls.
