Just happen to have one in front of me.

 From the back panel of the pc slot to the furthest end is 12.3 inches.
Height of the card is 3 7/8 inches (from the top edge of the pci socket).
Thickness of the card is 5/8", but plan on 3/4" or more for adjacent 
card clearance.

Note that if the card is populated with six fxs modules (s400m) for a 
total of 24 phone sets, the card generates a fair amount of heat. A 
digium warning hints at having plenty of air flow in this case.

If you haven't ordered the card yet, be sure to think about a cable and 
terminating block to connect your lines to this card.  The cable 
requires and rj21 "male" connector (something like the old scsi cable 
connector from years ago). The other end of that cable can be a patch 
panel, terminating block, or whatever you need to connect to phones 
and//or pstn lines.
