Sorry at the time that I replied, I didn't realize that the OP wanted
those codecs.

RESPONSE:   You should check out the YWH10 at 
http://www.spendlessbuymore.com .   It supports SIP/IAX2 and the iLBC and 
GSM codecs and starts at around $49.95.
