I've been asked to look at a tender for a switch, and one of the capabilities the customer is looking for is support for Q.932. They have a number of exchanges and are looking, in the future, to support things like remote and aggregated operators. Can anyone point me to an idiot's guide to Q.932 capabilities, please ? jd
