I tried it, it didn't work, and I tried without success the following

exten=>_2006234500254.,2,SetVar(destination = ${EXTEN:10})
exten=>_2006234500254.,3,Dial(OH323/${DESTINATION}@196.201.248.195,60,tr)

Any help will be welcome
