[Asterisk-Users] Add Country to CDR's

Yep, cmd setCDRUserField will do this for you assuming you have the field
set up. I'd be keen to hear if anyone has a way of achieving the same thing
across multiple user fields to save having to explode multiple values out of
a single user field seperately.
