[Asterisk-Users] No "ringing" being played to remote caller?

If there is an Answer(), Playback(), Background(), or anything else that 
answers the line before Dial(), you must have set up 
/etc/asterisk/indications.conf or Asterisk will not know how to do 
inband ringback.
