Yes I do have usecallingpres=yes in my zaptel.conf.  I already 
noticed this and tried commenting out this line and did a reload on * but 
that didn't change much.

I'll try downgrading zaptel first, if it doesn't work I will also 
downgrade asterisk back to 1.2.7.1
