First of all the GXP has internal functions for all of these features
you are trying to use, which intercepts their transmission to asterisk.
You need to navigate to the Account settings and set Enable Call
Features to No in order to use them in asterisk.  Second you might check
out http://www.voip-info.org/wiki/view/GXP-2000 for some insight on the
new firmwares.
