[asterisk-users] One way "screech" or tone

Ok, in my case it would be my Cisco 3660 since that's what talks to the
PRI.  It talks sip to my Asterisk box.

IP Phone <-> Asterisk <-> PSTN.

This would be the Echo Canceler on the Asterisk/Zap <-> PSTN interface.
