[asterisk-users] SNOM missed call.

If the * server sends the following header in the CANCEL request, then
then snom phone does not count the call as missed:

Reason: SIP;cause=200;text="Call completed elsewhere"

See http://www.ietf.org/rfc/rfc3326.txt. Maybe someone can post an
example on how to insert this header.
