At first glance it looks like different versions of gcc (3.4 vs 3.3) 
were used to compile the kernel and ztdummy.  You'll need to either 
recompile the kernel with the same gcc you've used for ztdummy or change 
your gcc version to match the one used for your kernel and recompile 
ztdummy.
