[asterisk-users] Alarmreceiver

I have alarm receiver working and creating files. It then executes the
outbound call scripts to call me. I have the contactID specs to
understand the codes but would like to not have to re-invent the wheel.
Does someone have code to do this already ? Ie log alarm stats to a
database and determine when to call out ?
