The problem is, you did not pay 'NuFone'. You paid someone that was
supposed to be working on behalf of NuFone, but not a penny of that cash
ever made it into NuFone, because you did not pay 'accounting at nufone.net' as
directed in our Terms and Conditions.
I am sorry, but if you have a problem with the person you paid, then take it
up with that person. If you would have paid 'NuFone' then 'NuFone' would
have been able to use other available resources.
I would appreciate a public clarification on your claim of fraud, since you
are at fault for not paying NuFone directly, if you expected NuFone
assistance.
