[asterisk-users] Intercom mode on Polycom and/or SPA9xx

Have you tried using the page() feature.  It has a d option for full
duplex but if you use it without the d it will be one way..

    *  d - full duplex audio
    * q - quiet, do not play beep to caller

exten => 305,1,Page(LOCAL/PAGE203 at ext-paging|d)
