[asterisk-users] Play sound mid way through call

Hi all,
  I'm trying to figure out the best way to play a sound during a call.  For
instance, I want some external event to trigger a script connected to the
AMI to play a sound during a connection between two (or more using meetme)
users.   Any ideas how best to do it?

I've been playing around with using the redirect command to a new context
that plays the sound - this seems to work but there are issues in then
maintaining the connection.

Any ideas?
