centosbug is, like, a problem with the latest Centos kernels (4.2 and 4.3). 
To fix it, paste everything inside the quotes into a root shell:  "sed -i 
s/rw_lock/rwlock/ 
/usr/src/kernels/`uname -r`-`uname -m`/include/linux/spinlock.h
