[Asterisk-Users] Mediatrix client authentication failed EFAILURE_REASON_AUTHENTICATION

"client aithentication failed" Anyone know what this means besides the obvious?  Anyone encounter this error before? This is when a call comes into the mediatrix then attempts to pass the call to asterisk.
