[Asterisk-Users] Cisco 7940 not reading SIP image file

Do you have the file in the SEP<mac address>.cnf.xml file?
i.e.
<device>
<loadInformation model="IP Phone 7940">P0S3-05-1-00</loadInformation>
</device>
Make sure you have SIP<mac address>.cnf, RINGLIST.DAT, and dialplan.xml
too.
