svn asterisk-addons because the modules you had before may have changed
that will get rid of some of the warnings.

Add txfax/rxfax to your Makefile etc as before, that will get rid of
some more.

You have a G729a module installed so follow the instructions for that
and that will get rid of another.

The rest are then redundant.
