I can arrange a milliwatt generator for you off a PRI line if you need
one... It would be a remote exchange, but hopefully since it should be
all digital between your exchange and all the way to my asterisk box and
back, it might not matter ??

Yep, ours is called 'complex impedance' and some other names, but it is
different to the US...
