[Asterisk-Users] Loud Tone When Key Pressed

Hello Everone,

I hope everyone is having a good day.   I am having a problem with my
asterisk box.

When I call the box from a land line or cell phone and I press a number I
hear a very loud tone and then it comes back and says the person is
unavailable.

The loud tone I hear is very annoying. I am not sure why this is happening.
Any ideas?
