[Asterisk-Users] Pressing # on voicemail doesn't give more options

Hi,
 
On my Asterisk at Home box, pressing # after leaving a message give
additional options, like press 1 to accept this recording, press 2 to
listen to it, and so on. But on my Asterisk 1.2.1 box, pressing # simply
hangs up after recording the message, saying 'good bye'. How can I make
it to ask for more options.
