into the phones .cnf file....

_name, _authname, and _password are the minimum.

line2_name: UNPROVISIONED
line2_authname: UNPROVISIONED
line2_shortname: UNPROVISIONED
line2_password: UNPROVISIONED
line2_displayname: "UNPROVISIONED"
