"Runlevels" indicate in which runlevels you want init to run the entry.  
0 is halt, 1 is single-user mode, 2 is multiuser without NFS, 3 is 
multiuser, 4 is unused, 5 is X11, 6 is reboot.

So chances are very good that 235 (or 2345) is what you want, yes.
