Okay; thanks!  I mis-understood the mechanism.  I didn't think
extensions.conf actually came into play until it had all the DID stuff.  I
guess DTMF is DTMF, regardless of the source, huh?  In which case, I'm all
set -- again, thanks for setting me on the right road!
