At least on my ptp link capiinfo reports:
[...]
Supplementary services support: 0x00000033
   Hold / Retrieve
   Terminal Portability
   Call Forwarding
   Call Deflection

which suggests that CD is available for ptp too. I have not checked if
CD works with chan_capi though.
