[Asterisk-Users] mpg123 alternative?

I used madplay with * 1.0 and moved to native for playing mp3's with 1.2 with no problems.  Depends what you want to play, doesn't native stop when there is no one to play to then restart when there is someone to play to?  Might be a problem if you want to plays ads and don't have many callers, like in my environment, to play the MOH to.

I've switched to native moh and never had to worry again about dead or unresponsive mpg123 processes.
