[Asterisk-Users] Clipcomm product feedback required

Does anybody had use Clipcomm products in general the Clipcomm CG-201E ATA
in particular.

This device has to 2 FXS and 1 FXO.
I need to have 2 separate phone, both need to ba able call using the VOIP
and PSTN.
But only only phone should 1 ring on call from VOIP incoming call and both
ring from PSTN incoming call.

Will this device dialplan be able to do this?
Are this company phones/ATA reliable? Because they have a lot of feature for
the price.
