I have Data Sheet for 942 from Linksys web site. It says this on page 4 
(close to bottom):

Physical Interfaces:
2 100baseT RJ-45 Ethernet Ports (IEEE 802.3)

And that was one of the reasons I was considering 942. Do you think the data 
sheet may be wrong?
