[Asterisk-Users] Repeating Zap Message

What would cause the message:

  == Primary D-Channel on span 1 up
  == Primary D-Channel on span 1 up
  == Primary D-Channel on span 1 up

To keep appearing on CLI about once every second?  

If I do a "zap show status":
