[Asterisk-Users] Output from "Show Queues" cmd

Hi all,

Just a quick question, when typing "show queues" from the command line, 
asterisk outputs queue stats to the screen.

I was wondering if anyone could tell me what these values are;

W:0, C:0, A:0, SL:0.0% within 0s

I'm guessing that SL is service level, C is probably completed calls or 
something, A might be abandoned calls, but what is W ?

If anyone can fill me in (or correct me on my assumptions), I'd be grateful.
