[Asterisk-Users] touch tones too fast ?

Been covered Ad Nauseum on the list.
Asterisk does NOT detect dialtone
w, or a series of w's befor dialing begins will help, EXCEPT when doing 
pulse dialing.
w does NOT work with pulse dialing

No one seems to think this is a problem, so it doesn't get addressed.
