[asterisk-users] Sipura question

I have a Sipura 3k connected to Asterisk 1.2.

The web interface for the Sipura, on the PSTN line tab lists
VoIP User 1 Auth ID:  asterisk
and
Dial Plan 8:   (<S0:66610>)

How do I put the Dial Plan 8 information in sip.conf or extensions.conf?

Is 66610 a sip extension in sip.conf or a context in extensions.conf?
Or other?
