You had gotten asterisk installed on "Sarge" Debian with the official packages.
You can find for asterisk 1.2.13 unofficial packages or you must take the
sources of asterisk 1.2.13 from Etch, modify some dependencies and generate the
deb files.
Other way is update from Sarge to Etch.
