[Asterisk-Users] TE405P vs. SoundCard problem

I just resolved the issue this morning, but to answer your questions:

1) There are simply no voices of any kind.  No parking digits, no
greetings, no voicemail, nothing at all.
2) The condition is the same when tested via SIP and via PSTN. 
3) The CLI does not issue anything abnormal, except it says it is
playing back when it is not.

Bob,

Can you be more specific what do you mean by it doesn't work? Are you
calling from PSTN or calling from a SIP phone? Please post the messages
on your CLI.

Also, are you using a 2-slot PCI riser for the cards?
