We are having trouble getting the GrandStream GXP-2000 (1.0.2.13) to work with the Asterisk (1.2.6) voice mail prompts. We access voice mail but extension and password dial tones are not accepted. An the voice mail times out. Dial tones work fine with voice menus and dialing but not voice mail. Thanks in advance.
