As far as I know that doesn't matter. I have my resistors just in the middle 
of the cross-wired cable.

Sorry, I don't know why this is different to 'normal' ISDN line. Maybe 
the difference is about the distance. A normal ISDN line may be more than a 
few meters, but in NT-mode I have my PBX/Equipment connected to the card 
with a one meter cross-cable.

I will try to find out more about this.
