[Asterisk-Users] Problem with TE110P configuration

Seems you have the wrong signaling or r2 variation configured. Ask your 
telco provider. If it do not help to solve the problem, may be you will 
need to tweek your libmfcr2.

I had to change a couple lines to make it play nice with collect calls 
in Brazil (thank you, Steve).
